I am writing from Belgium. Since the middle of January, I am responsible of the grave of PFC Kenneth P McDowell in Henri-Chapelle cemetery in Belgium.
Here are the details I know about him :

I would like to find somebody who knew him during the war but in 2010, it is probably impossible. If Kenneth has some family still alive in Cheshire County,
it would be a great honor for me to communicate with her.
