Yeah, we've lined up Sonoma County's newest 91-year-old celebrity who decided it was time to uncloth himself. Time will tell if he knows what he said last week, much less 30 years ago! Just desserts ... after 30 years of enjoying an intriguing celebrity, he now shows himself to be a crass and small minded and motived guy we would be better served forgetting. How thoroughly disappointing!

But I digress ...

Thanks fellas. I appreciate your kind thoughts. I am indeed 64 today, all over. I don't do waist anymore -- too much trouble. I'd be proud to show you boys my non-waist if we get a gathering together somewhere in the Mid-Atlantic states in a few months. Any time!

Thanks for the birthday greetings! You know I loves you guys! xxoo, BK

Jiggers,
I think McCartney, for some reason, revised the lyric to that song to read 84.

Bk and all the rest of us. Just to make you feel right young.

There was a story on local tv of a 106 year old navy vet of WWI who was belatedly being awarded the WWI 75th Anniversary Medal. The gent very healthy for 106,hell for 66.

Sadly the story noted there are only 42 known US WWI vets alive today.

Ya'll are invited to my 106 birthday party---whether I'm there.

I'll drink to that! Just make sure you pick a plot with some shade trees and a strip bar close by!

One of my contacts at the VA told me the other day that there were 1200 known living WW1 vets.

Would be interesting to verify the actual figures.

This news story said 42. About a month ago I heard 500. The story said it took the VA 12 years to find this man to give him the anniversary medal, so there it is.

Jim, The invite is in the mail.
