I am posting this here for a friend who is looking for information on her great uncle. If anyone recognizes the name or has any information for her, please let me know and I will pass it along. Below is her letter to me:

Hello Marion,,Hope all is well your way..I am 39 years old and have info about my Great Uncle Cletus J. Shelton...He was a member of the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment and 82nd Airborne Division he fought in the Battle Of The Bulge and many places prior to that i have his pictures and two Purple Hearts and other medals..He was killed Jan,7th.1945..in Belgium..He was a Private First Class..He lived in Kennett,Missouri..In Dunklin County,Mo...he was killed defending the ST.Vith,Belgium during the BATTLE Of The Bulge..and was supposed to be involved in Operation Market Garden..I have been corresponding with MR.Art Morneweck..He is a wonderful man who has been very kind and generous to me and my family..He gave me your web site link and info..I am sorry about the large print i have Diabetes,with Diabetic Retinopathy and have much trouble with my vision.I read where you were looking for all WW. ll..info I am very interested in your thoughts and any advice you can give me..Or if any of the infromation i have that you may be interested in..I will keep this short as i know you are very busy...Please feel free to contact me ,,I would love to hear from you..I will await your response..Thank you for reading this..Take care and please forgive any typing or grammar errors..I will make a donation to your site when i can..God Bless you and yours..I will include my phone number . I wrote to Stephanie yesterday after receiving a direct inquiry from her regarding her uncle. Shelton, I believe, was a member of Ernest Murphy's platoon of H Company, and was one of six H Co. men killed on the road to Petite Halleaux on 7JAN45 when a TD that was near them hit a mine and blew up. This is described in Maggie's book on page 211.
